Litecissa

1. Overview

This refund policy applies to all paid subscription plans offered by Litecissa, including the Pro plan.

2. No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any billing period, whether partial or complete.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with its associated upload limits.

4. Billing Period

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days in the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as unauthorized charges or technical errors preventing access to Pro features, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Please contact us with details of the issue.
