1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Litecissa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

Litecissa provides end-to-end encrypted photo and video storage using the Arweave decentralized network. Files are encrypted locally on your device before upload.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service: to store or distribute illegal content; to attempt to circumvent encryption or access another user's data; to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service; or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and recovery key. We cannot recover encrypted data if you lose your recovery key.

6. Service Fees

Litecissa is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, pricing and terms will be communicated in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including Supabase, Arweave, and Resend. We are not responsible for outages or changes in these services.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data integrity beyond what the Arweave network provides, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litecissa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your encrypted data remains on the Arweave network but you may lose access to account features.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
