Terms of Service

Effective Date: [Effective Date]

Service Provider: [Company Legal Name] ("Litecissa", "we", "us")
Contact: [Support Email] | [Address]

1. Service Description

Litecissa is a photo album and file storage service providing encrypted uploads, organization (albums/tags), and retrieval of user content.

2. Permanent Availability Promise (Successful Uploads Only)

Litecissa does not guarantee that every upload attempt will succeed. Upload success may depend on network conditions and third-party infrastructure.

If an upload is confirmed as successful by Litecissa, Litecissa will keep the uploaded file available for retrieval online permanently, subject to these Terms.

3. End-to-End Encryption

Litecissa uses end-to-end encryption. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, recovery keys, and credentials. Litecissa cannot decrypt your content and cannot recover encrypted content if you lose access credentials.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. Plan limits and quotas are described on the pricing page and may be updated with notice.

6. Micro-Upload Promotions (<100KB)

Some micro-upload features may rely on promotional terms offered by third-party node providers and may change in availability for future uploads. This does not affect Litecissa's permanence promise for uploads that have already succeeded.

7. User Content & Rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Litecissa the limited rights necessary to operate the service (store encrypted blobs and maintain encrypted indices).

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Litecissa to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.). See the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the last 3 months preceding the claim, unless required otherwise by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
